Howdy Lorenzo, We so much enjoyed our stay at La Nievolina!
It was wonderful to have a homey, comfortable, quiet place
as home base and not have to change hotels every few days,
and be central to many of the places we wanted to see. We
loved Italy...the sights, the people, the food!! We will
be back one day, I'm sure. One of the highlights of our
trip was the afternoon we spent chatting with you. You are
so charming, speak English so well, and were so
informative and engaging. Take good care and be sure to
drop us a line to let us know when you are coming to

We had a wonderful time at "La Nievolina", it is
a beautiful villa and the property was so nice. My
children had a wonderful time and enjoyed swimming and
eating the grapes, apples and plums that they picked
themselves. My husband enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and
taking in the scenery. We have decided as a family that
this was one of our best vacations. We all loved the
Tuscany region and Italy. The people were so friendly. It
reminded us of California where we used to live, but the
Tuscany region has much more charm and so much more to see
and do.

We had a wonderful time here!
The bedrooms were very roomy with comfortable beds and
nice linen. The tv room was also fantastic and we really
enjoyed our meals because the table was nice and enough
for all of us.
Outside the ping pong table was a hit, we also played
football quite a bit. Sadly it was a bit too cold for a
swim but the pool was so inviting. We even played
badminton.
I don't know what to say, you really made our family
been so welcome.
The sports basket was such a surprise and the kids
really enjoyed their stay here.
Also, the maps, brochure and books were very helpful (we
borrowed it when we went to Pisa & Firenze).
We will definetely return to La Nievolina.

Dear Lorenzo,
we're now home safe and sound in Brisbane. We all had a
lovely time in Nievole. The cyclists amongst us loved
the hills in the vicinity where they could ride up for a
long time and then descend 15 to 20 km. A lot of fun, I'm
told. We also loved the local restaurants which were
fantastic. Attached are the details of the restaurant in
Marliana which I told you aboutfor future
recommendations. It was great food and the owners are
really lovely. The drive there is great.

Dear Lorenzo
We are back in England, where it’s a mixture of showers
and clouds, looking back with fondness on our time in
Italy at your beautiful villa. Thank you for your
hospitality, attention to detail and helpfulness at all
times. We all agreed it was the best holiday ever and
long to return to Italy and all it has to offer before
too long.
Villa Nievolina is so comfortable, inviting and like a
“home from home”; we could have easily settled there for
a month! We loved everything about it and were sad to
leave. It is in such a wonderful location, with stunning
views and so many places to sit and relax. It was great
being able to pick our own tomatoes and vegetables and
the children were happy with so much to do at the villa
and so many lovely places to visit nearby. Andrew and
James particularly enjoyed the tennis courts nearby!
Hopefully we will be back for another visit before too
long but in the meantime, thanks again for everything!
